Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Ladyfingers
  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coffee or Berry Juice
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
  • Prepare the coffee or berry juice and dip each ladyfinger briefly into the liquid. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of the trifle dish.
  • Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Add a layer of fresh berries, then repeat the process, finishing with a layer of mascarpone and a generous topping of berries.
  • Cover the trifle and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle some cocoa powder or grated chocolate over the top before serving. You can also use different berry combinations based on what is in season.
