Ingredients
  

  • Cream Cheese
  • Imitation Crab or Fresh Crab Meat
  • Green Onions
  • Garlic Powder
  • Soy Sauce
  • Wonton Wrappers
  • Egg

Instructions
 

  • Softening the cream cheese to make mixing easier, combine it with the crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a small amount of the filling into the center. Brush the edges with beaten egg, then fold the corners over to form a pouch.
  • Seal the edges firmly and brush the tops with vegetable oil.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

These crispy bites can be made ahead of time and frozen for later. They can be served with sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, or spicy mayo for dipping.
