Creamy Flan Napolitano

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sugar for caramel base
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 4 pieces Eggs large
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, heat sugar over medium heat, swirling it gently until it turns golden brown. Pour it into the mold and let it cool until it hardens.
  • In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smooth mixture over the cooled caramel in the mold.
  • To cook, either steam or bake the flan. For baking, place the mold in a water bath and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, or until set.
  • Allow the flan to cool completely before inverting it onto a plate to serve.

Notes

Serve your flan Napolitano chilled for the best texture and flavor. For variations, try adding a splash of coffee liqueur or citrus zest for a unique twist.
