  • Heatproof Bowl
  • Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chocolate Milk or dark, based on preference
  • 1 cup Caramel Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Nuts Almonds, hazelnuts, or pistachios
  • 1/4 cup Butter For caramel base
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the caramel by melting butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Add heavy cream to create a silky texture and let it simmer until it thickens.
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl using the double-boiler method or microwave in 20-second intervals. Stir until smooth and completely melted.
  • In a lined baking dish, pour a layer of melted chocolate and spread it evenly. Add a layer of caramel, followed by the nuts. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the layers, ensuring it covers everything evenly.
  • Let the chocolate bar cool at room temperature before refrigerating it for a few hours to set. Once firm, slice it into pieces and enjoy your homemade Dubai chocolate bars.
