Easy Chicken Kofta is a quick and flavorful meal made with spiced ground chicken, shaped into patties or skewers, and cooked to perfection. Perfect for grilling, baking, or air frying!
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.
Shape the mixture into oval patties or mold it around skewers if grilling.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the koftas for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
If grilling, preheat the grill to medium heat and cook the koftas for about 4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with tzatziki, hummus, or a side of rice and salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, refrigerate the kofta mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also bake the koftas at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes for a healthier option.
