Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest optional
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and lemon zest (if using). Stir until well combined.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until the butter is smooth and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Once the butter is well-mixed, spoon it onto parchment paper or plastic wrap, and roll it into a log. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • Once chilled, slice the garlic herb butter into rounds and serve with your favorite dishes like steak, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

Garlic herb butter can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, you can freeze it for up to 3 months.
