Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Unsalted Pistachios shelled
  • 2-3 tbsp Neutral Oil (e.g., Sunflower or Grapeseed) adjust for texture
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar or Natural Sweetener optional
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional for flavor
  • a pinch Sea Salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and roast for 8–10 minutes.
  • Let pistachios cool, then rub them in a towel to remove skins for a smoother texture.
  • Add pistachios to a food processor. Blend until they start forming a thick paste.
  • Slowly drizzle in oil while blending until the desired consistency is reached. Add sweetener, vanilla, or salt if using.
  • Transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for freshness.

Notes

Use high-quality, fresh pistachios for the best flavor and color. Adjust sweetness and texture based on preference. Perfect as a toast spread, dessert ingredient, or savory dip base.
