Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup low-sodium preferred
  • 1 cup Rice Crackers crushed for topping
  • 1 cup Ritz Crackers crushed for topping
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, crush rice crackers and Ritz crackers. Mix with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.

Notes

For a healthier twist, you can replace some ingredients with lighter versions, like using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream or adding vegetables like spinach for added nutrition.
