Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, blend Greek yogurt, eggs, and sugar (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently. Fold in chocolate chips and any optional ingredients like matcha or croissant crumbs.
  • Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup ¾ full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
