Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats optional for texture
  • ½ cup Butter cold and cubed
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar adds depth of flavor
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon deepens flavor
  • pinch Salt balances sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  • Peel, slice, and toss the peaches with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes to release the juices.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the crumble topping.
  • Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers for the best texture.
  • Place the peach mixture in the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peaches.
  • Bake the crumble at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.
  • Let the crumble cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a complete dessert experience.

Notes
