Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Peel, slice, and toss the peaches with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes to release the juices.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the crumble topping.
Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers for the best texture.
Place the peach mixture in the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peaches.
Bake the crumble at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.
Let the crumble cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a complete dessert experience.
Notes
To make the topping extra crunchy, you can add chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds. You can also substitute with other fruits like apples or berries.
