Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Water adjust to form dough
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil optional, for brushing
  • to taste Optional Add-ins sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, or grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix rice flour, salt, and water to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut into shapes, such as squares or circles.
  • Place the shaped crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Optionally, brush with olive oil or sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking for added flavor.

Notes

For sweet versions, you can add honey or cinnamon to the dough before baking. Feel free to experiment with other flavors like matcha or wasabi for an Asian-inspired twist.
