Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste BBQ Rub or Seasoning Blend your favorite blend
  • as needed Hickory or Applewood Pellets for smoking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to 225°F and allow it to preheat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then generously coat with your BBQ rub or seasoning.
  • Place the chicken breasts directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and smoke for 45–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
